What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return items within 7 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Items purchased using vouchers or via Cash on Delivery will be refunded in the form of store vouchers.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer service at returns@marcoperner.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the return process.

Can you arrange the pickup?

Yes, we can arrange the pickup of your return within the UAE for a small additional charge. Please contact our customer service at returns@marcoperner.com to schedule the pickup.

For orders outside of the UAE, including international orders, please send the item(s) back to our warehouse in Dubai. We’re here to assist you every step of the way – contact our customer service for help with international returns.

What if I need a different size?

If your purchase doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size or product within 7 days of the original purchase date. To exchange a product, simply send the item in its original condition and place a new order for the desired items.

We can arrange for the order to be picked up at your location in the UAE. You can choose any product of equal or lesser value as a replacement. If the replacement item is of a different amount, we will issue a gift card to your email address.
